Add or remove tools from your Sakai site

You control which tools appear in the left-hand toolbar for each of your Sakai sites. At any time, you can add or remove a tool:

  1. log into Sakai at http://sakai.rutgers.edu
  2. click on the course tab across the top
  3. click "Site Info" on the left-hand toll menu
  4. click "Edit Tools" along the top of the Site Info window
  5. remove the check from the tool you wish to remove from your site OR add a check to add a tool
  6. scroll to the bottom of the page and click Continue
  7. at the Confirmation page, you MUST click Finish to complete the action
  8. sometimes you may have to click the Home button on the tool bar to see the updated version of the tool bar
