Use the Visual Editor toolbar to add links to external files, images, and websites; to files you upload to eCollege; or even to other course tools (such as a link from your assignment to the Dropbox where students will upload their work). In order to access the Visual Editor, make sure you are in Author mode of a Text/Multimedia Content Item.
